Customize your Exuma Blue Jewellery
As every piece of Exuma Blue Jewellery is handmade, we are more than happy to customize any piece for you. Want a longer or shorter length, want to add or remove gemstones or want something that’s one of a kind? Simply email us at admin@exuma-blue.com and we will work with you to achieve your desired piece.
Customization fees will be agreed upon and paid prior to creation of the piece. Proof photos will be sent to the customer for approval prior to shipping.
Customized and bespoke pieces are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Out of Stock Item
If the item you are looking to purchase is showing as out of stock, please contact us as we may have materials on hand to create one for you or something similar. As every piece is handmade, the quantities available for each piece is limited thus adding to its exclusivity.
How to care for your Exuma Blue Jewellery
Please take special care to avoid direct contact with water and rough surfaces as some gemstones can be soft and scratch with continuous exposure to hard surfaces. We recommend that you use polishing cloths to clean your jewellery due to their non-abrasive texture.
With most strung and knotted jewellery the string can start to stretch slightly over time with consistent wearing. We do offer a restringing service so please contact us if you would like to learn more about this service.
When not in use, please store jewellery in its original box for safe keeping.
Materials and Production
We have developed trusted relationships with our suppliers over the years and we travel around the country to meet with them in person in order to select only the top-quality natural gemstones and materials. This relationship also gives us the ability to easily source specifically requested materials and gemstones for commissioned projects.
Exuma Blue tries to be as accurate and descriptive as possible with each product; however, as we use natural gemstones each stone is uniquely different in colour patterns and textures. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product photos shown on this website. Should we notice that stones are vastly different to our description during production we will aim to contact you providing proof of the completed product prior to shipping.
We use .925 sterling silver for our silver clasps which have a bright finish that can be preserved by polishing with a sterling silver jewellery cloth or dipped in a silver cleaning solution to get rid of any signs of oxidation.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to all addresses within The UK.
International shipping will be charged at the rates shown during the checkout process.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. Exuma Blue Jewellery is not responsible for any import duty or tax charges you may incur, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All pieces are individually handmade in The UK and shipped from The UK. All orders can take up to 7 days to produce before dispatching; however, some ready made items can ship within a few days. We will confirm via email once your order is complete and has been shipped.
All orders arrive packed in our stunning eco-friendly packaging. Everything, even down to our tissue paper is eco-friendly.
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item valued over £50, we would encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in the event that your return is not received by us.
