UK Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 to addresses within the UK.

Orders under £50 will be charged at the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Our main carriers are Royal Mail and DPD.

International Orders

International shipping is charged at the rates displayed during checkout.

Please note: international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exuma Blue is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or tax charges that may apply.

Processing & Dispatch

Each piece is handmade in the UK and shipped directly from our studio.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be handcrafted and prepared before dispatch.

Some ready-made items may ship sooner, usually within 2 working days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged in our eco-friendly packaging – from the boxes to the tissue paper – designed to protect your jewelry while being kind to the planet.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please email admin@exuma-blue.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely received.
