1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.exuma-blue.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Exuma Blue Jewellery Ltd (“Exuma Blue”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Exuma Blue Jewellery Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16701704). Our registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, England.

3. Products

Exuma Blue jewellery is handcrafted to order using natural materials. Small variations in colour, grain, size and marking are inherent to each piece and celebrated as part of the design.

Product images are provided as accurate representations, but we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device precisely match the finished item.

4. Ordering and prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order via email.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other providers listed at checkout.

6. Made to order

Every Exuma Blue piece is made to order specifically for you. Production typically takes two to three weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Delivery

Please see our Shipping page for information on delivery timelines, fees and international shipping. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on your right to cancel and our returns process. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, images, text, logos and branding, is the property of Exuma Blue Jewellery Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
