How we make and dispatch your order

Every Exuma Blue piece is made to order in London, individually and by hand. Most orders are ready to ship within two to three weeks. If you require your piece for a specific occasion, please note this at checkout or write to us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

United Kingdom

Complimentary tracked delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. You will receive a tracking link once your piece is dispatched.

International

We currently deliver to the United States and Canada, with complimentary tracked delivery on all international orders. You will receive a tracking link once your piece is dispatched. Delivery times vary by country.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or delivery price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Presentation and packaging

Every piece is presented in Exuma Blue's signature packaging as standard. If you are ordering as a gift, we are happy to include a handwritten card please share the message at checkout.
