We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 to all addresses within The UK

International shipping will be charged at the rates shown during the checkout process.

Our main carriers are Royal Mail and DPD.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. Exuma Blue is not responsible for any import duty or tax charges that may be imposed.

All pieces are individually handmade in The UK and shipped from The UK. All orders can take up to 4 days to produce before dispatching; however, some ready made items can ship within a few days. We will confirm via email once your order is complete and has been shipped.

All orders arrive packed in our stunning eco-friendly packaging. Everything, even down to our tissue paper is eco-friendly.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Please email us at admin@exuma-blue.com to process your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item valued over £50, we would encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in the event that your return is not received by us.
